Sending goods back to us without completing the following steps will only delay your replacement goods or refund.
Step 1 – All returns must be authorised
- Request an RMA number via the online form.
- Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging payable at your expense) providing items are unused (have not been installed) and reach us in a fully resaleable condition (including product’s original packaging, any user/installation instructions, caps, screws/fixings and free from any markings such as adhesive, paint, plaster, dents and scratches).
- If the whole order is returned, the cost of the delivery will be deducted from any agreed refund.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Due to strict insurance terms imposed by couriers, any damages must be reported. Failure to do so will remove liability from 3Phase Electrical Distributors/courier and you may be unable to claim any replacement or refund.
- Faulty items may be returned provided within guarantee or warranty period. A description of the fault must be detailed.
Step 2 – Send returns to us and remember to include your RMA number
- Return items along with your RMA number clearly labelled and in a well-packaged box via a ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’ delivery service. Items not received (lost in transit) or not sent in a resaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Step 3 – Goods are inspected and tested upon arrival
- All Items are inspected and tested, when necessary, prior to any agreed refund.
Step 4 –Refund or replacement goods issued
- We aim to issue refunds and replacements within 7 working days but no later than 14 days from receiving returned goods.
